I had the water heater and two outside faucets replaced. JD Diffee and Seth were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of the work they were doing and respectful of my property. Cleanup was done very efficiently. This was the third time I have used Torch for other repairs and will be the first I call for any services I may need in the future. I highly recommend Torch! Added compliments go to office scheduling! I'm sorry I don't recall the person's name but she worked scheduling my appointment around my vacation time and very pleasant to talk with!

Everything went great! I got new plumbing pipes throughout my entire home and I feel 100% more confident about my home's health! Torch has done all the work I have needed done for the last several years and I have never been disappointed or needed them to come back because something wasn't right. Cougar did some work on my water heater, then Joel and Colton did the pipes and all that went along with that major undertaking and they were all awesome! Super pleasant and very professional. Torch came highly recommended by our septic company and they did not disappoint! The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. The day of my appointment, Ben called that morning to let me know he was on the way. I already liked him just from speaking to him on the phone. He arrived promptly and was very clean-cut and personable. He listened to my description of what was going on with the plumbing then got right to work. New customer here and Torch has been really responsive to any need we had with our AC unit. They were able to schedule same day or next day service. Heiden came out yesterday to do a tune up on our AC for the summer. He ended up coming when my son had to go down for a nap but he was respectful and followed what I asked to make it work without any disruption. He checked in after the service was done and let me know everything was great. They seem to care about their customers, checking in the next day to make sure the service was completed to your satisfaction.
